Flank Steak with Aji Charapita Chimichurri

The peppers in the garden are still producing in october and that gives me a chance to play with some fresh flavors that many do not have access to. For the 10 or so Aji Charapitas I use in this dish you can substitute one spicy pepper of your choice... Jalapeno, Habanero, Serrano, Thai... as long as it's fresh.
