Lucky Number 13!

You know I had to go all out for number 13. It's been a long wait but here we are with some of our hottest sauce to date. We use a ton of Super Hot Chili Peppers in this sauce - Carolina Reaper and Brain Strain Peppers to be precise and we ferment them very simply with carrot onion and garlic for 60 days. This drops our P.H. way way down and we end up with a thick, acidic ketchup like hot sauce that is almost a concentrated chili paste that, if I had to guess, tops out at almost 1M SHU. We add some additional fresh superhots from the garden right before blending to get some of that fresh pepper flavor in the final bottles. Just for shits and giggles. Mostly just for the former. 

This one is the answer to "What's the hottest thing you got?" 

Each pepper does it's own thing as far as heat goes you get the instant regret from the Carolina Reaper and the Brain Strain Follows up with additional waves of heat. As always these sauces are clean label, made with no extracts, or mass produced buckets of pepper mashes so that you can be assured you have never had anything exactly like this sauce before.
