Fermented Brain Strain Small Batch

Brain Strain a 7-Pot pepper in the scorpion pepper genetic lineage is a pretty hot pepper - Think about 1.2-1.5 M scoville heat units( SHU). I'm using a ton of just that pepper, and some carrot, onion, garlic, and salt, plus some quality time in the fermentation vessel, to deliver this unique tongue blistering sauce that you can still enjoy the flavor of. 

This sauce is fairly neutral and can be used on or in many different dishes. It has a quick burning quality that does not take very long to hit you and then follows up with a good increasing heat for a few minutes and a 5 minute or longer lasting burn. 

This is a simple sauce for the lovers of the super hot peppers. As always additive and preservative free.
