So this is a sauce I've been kicking the tires on for a while. We take fresh habaneros and pair them with sweet and tart tamarind, along with the smokey and acidic Chili de Arbol for a sauce that I'm sure someone out there has made but I'm going to make famous.
This sauce is so good that it will most likely end up my next fully branded sauce that I bring to market. You saw it here first. Grab a bottle. It's freaking amazing.
