This is a Steak Seasoning that comes at you with bougie vibes and gourmet pedigree. We use top shelf spices to make this in small crafted batches. It has a mined sea salt from Utah that is mineral rich for extra depth of flavor, black garlic from Black Garlic North America in Wisconsin that are renowned for their amazing fermented products, porchini and morel mushroom powders add a layer of flavor that is earthy and does not overpower, but rather compliments the flavor of the meat, and hot smoked paprika from spain that comes to us from a specialty spice shop. I can't give you all of my secrets.  

We also add a bit of spice using the aji limon pepper that has a slight citrus kick and mild heat that leaves you with a light spice tingle on the back end of every bite. 

My butcher has told me it's the best steak seasoning he's ever used and that means I hit my goals with what I was going for. When you add it to the steak, the salt pulls out the moisture from the steak and re-hydrates the mushroom powder. This gives you a crust that, with the black garlic, just elevates the flavors of the meat. 

I've been using it on burgers, steaks, pork chops (pig steaks) so far. But I think this might turn out to be one of the best things I've made in a long time. It's not cheap to make but if I was to use anything less than the best I would be sacrificing flavor as well as lowering price so if you love and appreciate the finer things in life, you can find it here with this seasoning.
