Spicy Peanut Butter and Jelly Wing Sauce

So this sounds weird but hear me out. Peanut sauces are awesome in things like pad thai so why not adapt them to a wing sauce with some of my amazing chili jams? I make 4 flavors of chili jam and any one of them would work with this recipe but I'm going with the spiciest one, my Strawberry Death Spiral Chili Jam. Winner of the Golden Chili Award at Zest Fest 2025!

Ingredients
2 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 tbsp Strawberry Death Spiral Chili Jam
1 tbsp Lime Juice
Pinch Hot Pepper Salt
Water as needed to thin
Directions
Mix everything together before tossing the wings. Thin with a bit of water if it’s too think. Adjust salt if you salted your wings before cooking.
