Just a basic Garam Masala. I tried to break this down to some essential ingredients since there are a ton of recipes online. Everyone has thier own version so please use this as a stepping stone to create your own. This spice blend can go on anything you would like to season for the grill or in curries and more. There is no salt in this so make sure you are salting your dishes when you use this blend as well.

Ingredients
-
½ cup coriander seeds
-
2 teaspoons cumin seeds
-
1 teaspoons whole peppercorns
-
2 inches, cinnamon stick
-
2 black cardamom pods
-
¾ tsp green cardamom seeds
-
3 whole cloves
After toasting and grinding all above add
-
½ tsp grated whole nutmeg
Directions
Gather all your ingredients. If you sub powder for any of these whole spices set them aside. Take all of the whole seeds and roast them in a pan until you can smell them and them remove from the heat and cool.
Grind all of the whole spices into a fine powder and add your powdered spices and stir to combine. Put into an airtight container and use as needed.
