Quick and easy, healthy and spicy, texture and crunch. This is a quick go to side dish that can be made in the air-fryer or convection oven and so good it feels like cheating.
I like the stems long on these, they turn out delicious and crunchy. I can't wait for you to try these!

Ingredients
-
1 Large Head Broccoli
-
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
-
1 Tbsp Ghost Pepper BBQ Rub
Directions
Cut broccoli into florets with stems as long as possible. I had some leggy broccoli so it worked out really well.
Toss with olive oil first to coat and follow with spice blend sprinkled over the broccoli to coat as evenly as possible.
Set to Air fry 375 for 10 min, once the air fryer has warmed up add 2 tablespoons of water to the bottom of the pan and then add your broccoli in an even layer. Start the machine and flip broccoli half way through with tongs.
