Tropical Gas P.O.G.

This hot sauce is a variation on a theme that we tried out a year or so ago and enjoyed. We take a fermented ghost pepper hot sauce and amend after fermentation with fresh orange peel and freshly squeezed juice as well as 100% passion fruit and guava pulp to the mix while we cook. 

This gives us a sauce that has some unique and delicious characteristics. You get the sour fermented burn of a traditional carrot and pepper based sauce and a sweet tropical finish that is subtle and not overpowering so that it's a pretty versatile sauce if you like things SPICY. 

We put this at about an 8 out of 10 on our pepper scale so pretty hot. Similar to our other Ghost pepper sauce the Ghost Chipotle and Black Garlic Hot Sauce. 

This is a Small Batch Sauce so quantities are limited. Get it while it lasts!
