Order Processing:
Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24-72 hours to let you
know your order is on the way!

We are a small business and there will be times when we are away from the office and are
unable to ship orders. We will make every effort to have a banner running on the website to
make this clear but some order just might take longer to ship if we are away on vacation or other
work related trips.

Store Pickup:

We do not allow for store pickup of orders at this time.

Local Delivery:

We do not allow for local delivery of orders at this time.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates:

These rates are estimated during checkout and rely on size and weight of the items ordered to
calculate shipping costs.

International Shipping:

We do not allow for international orders on our website at this time. Please email
info@powerfulpepper.co if you have a special request and we will see if we can accommodate
your international order. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT),
which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Powerful Pepper
Company LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your
responsibility as the customer.
