We start with fresh bright red Jalapenos and then ratchet up the heat with fresh Carolina Reaper peppers in this version.That's all fermented together with brown sugar and garlic for an absolutely phenomenal hot sauce.
This is only the second time I've made this sauce since it is very labor and pepper intensive, about half a pound of peppers ends up in every 5 oz. bottle. The color is BRIGHT red and it has a great consistency close to a slightly runny ketchup, so THICK. Limited quantities available before this badass disappears again.
