The first is our amazing Steak Seasoning No. 5. A blend of sultry mushrooms and umami rich black garlic powder blended with the only mined American pink mineral salt, and paired with a few flavorful and lower heat chili peppers like smoked Spanish paprika and an aji limón pepper for a light citrus kick. This seasoning is an instant classic once you try it.
The second is a hot pepper salt. Unlike the steak seasoning, which is meant for steaks and burgers, the salt is good on literally everything. We like to use it as a finishing salt so as your items are coming off the grill, send a little sprinkle over the protein with the adjustable grinder, you can pick how coarse or fine you would like to sprinkle. A little goes a long way and we are using some of the most flavorful and maybe some of the most spicy peppers that we have for this seasoning.
The third is a Ghost Pepper BBQ Rub. Don't let the ghost pepper scare you too much, Is it hot? Yes. Too hot? I don't think so. We give it a 5/10. This is made for the big cuts like pork buts and whole chickens but it is just at home on some roasted broccoli or grilled zucchini. The cooking process remove a lot of the heat from the peppers in the seasoning and it ends up being a very versatile and delicious rub with orange peel and allspice in the mix to make things interesting.
