1/2 Cup cherry or heirloom tomato(s), diced
-
1/2 Cup red onion, diced
-
1/2 Cup cilantro leaves and stems, diced
-
2 Limes, juiced

-
1 1/2 Tsp kosher salt
Guacamole
Directions
For the Guacamole:
Halve the avocados and remove the pits.
Cut the avocados into dice inside the skins (this is easiest with a regular table knife) then scoop out with a spoon into a bowl.
Add the red onions, salt, lime juice, mango, Smoked Mango Habanero Hot Sauce, cilantro, and tomatoes and stir to combine. For the cilantro cut off the bottom two or three inches of stem and just chop the rest finely. There’s really no need to pick off all the leaves.
Serve with chips, on pulled pork tacos, or alongside some blackened snapper.
