Grilled Marinated Mushrooms

These mushrooms have been a staple and much requested recipe in our house for years. You can make these as spicy as you like. This recipe uses a few Powerful Pepper Flakes to add some nice spice but you can leave it out. You can also add hot sauce to this recipe, I like sriracha sauce since it binds really nicely to the mushrooms.
Get yourself some really good soy sauce and that will make this recipe even better.

Ingredients

1.5 lb Baby Belle/Crimini Mushrooms

3 Tbsp Aged Soy Sauce

2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

1 Tbsp Mustard Powder or Dijon Mustard

2 tsp honey
-
¼ tsp Powerful Pepper Flakes

(Optional) Ghost Chipotle Black Garlic Hot Sauce
Directions
Clean mushrooms and set aside
Add everything but the mushrooms to a bowl and stir to combine and then toss the mushrooms in the sauce.
Get your grill ready and your coals lit.
Cook directly over flame turning every 4-5 minutes for 20-30 minutes.
Finish with some kosher salt and green herby or chivey thing of choice if you have some around.
