This is on the hot side of medium hot and nicely bridges the gap between some of our every day sauces and some of the super hot sauces that we make. So think hotter than the mango habanero but not quite up there with the Ghost Chipotle and Black Garlic Hot Sauce. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe sauce itself is funky and bright with subtle notes of the pineapple and almost no residual sugars so more of a sour sauce rather than a sweet one. It's a bit thinner than some of my other small batch hot sauces (a byproduct of the pineapple) so it comes out fast (you have been warned). This sauce is really complex and delicious and adds a depth of flavor to any food that it touches. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is a brand new flavor so find us at the markets and give it a try and tell us what you think so we can know if we should make it again.
